Hall Super Show Exhibitors Kit
Welcome to the 2025 Shows. This year we will be celebrating our 77th year in the show business of great Hall Family Shows. We’ve been known by different names, but now it’s called Hall Family Super Show -Del Mar.
We predict large crowds of avid outdoor enthusiasts gathering together to celebrate their passion for the great outdoors. By exhibiting in one of our Hall Shows, you are taking part in one of the nation’s truly great shows while promoting and encouraging increased participation all things outdoors.
This information is for the Hall Family Super Show at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. It will be held February 13 - 16 , 2025.
Move In Hours:

Thur. Feb. 13, 2025; 12:00pm - 7:00pm
Fri. Feb. 14, 2025; 12:00pm - 7:00pm
Sat., Feb. 15, 2025 10:00am - 7:00pm
Sun., Feb. 16, 2025; 10:00am - 5:00pm
Electricity
Hall Family Super Show will provide 500 watts of electricity for every 10 x10 booth. If your needs are greater, you may order more through the Edlan. Phone number available at office. Bulk space customers, Call Bart Hall at 805-218-7481.
Decorator
Raphaels is responsible for all move-in. They are also responsible for rental of equipment; Booth set up; drayage. and decoration. Ask for Abel. Raphaels at 8606 Miramar Rd.; San Diego,CA 858-689-7368
Parking
Parking fees are not included in your exhibit fees. We have made arrangements for an all-week pass, to be made available to exhibitors. These will be sold by the Fairgrounds at the entrance gate (Solana Beach Entrance) on Thursday, February 13 , 2025.
Location of Show Office
We are located in the west end of the Bing Crosby Hall.
Fire Department Rules:
To comply with the Fire Department regulations, all motors being displayed may not contain gasoline. All gas caps must be locked or taped close.
Health Department
If your exhibit involves food preparation, you will be required to acquire a permit from the county. Call San Diego County Environmental Health at 858-694-3900.
Security
We believe we have sufficient guard service. If you display small items, we suggest that they be fastened to your display. You may wish to bring a box with a lock to store them after show hours. The show management is not responsible for loss.
Sublet of Space
No Exhibitor may sublet space to anyone. Subletting will result in for forfeiture of Booth space for the remainder of show. No refunds will be given.
Exhibitor Admission:
With proper credentials, exhibitors will be allowed into building 1 1/2 hours before show opens. Exhibitors must remain in their booth area. For security reasons, browsing during this time will not be permitted.
Temporary Seller’s Permit
California state law requires that all exhibitors selling merchandise from the floor or taking orders either on a wholesale or retail basis, must have a valid State Board of Equalization permit. Call at 1-800-400-7115.

Procedure
All Exhibitors Must start at show Office. At the office, they will meet STAFF and help them to get: Booth space number and Badges (this will identify them to customers with Hours printed on back side. then escort them to their booth if necessary).
Badges & VIP Tickets
Hall Outdoor Show exhibitors will have access to 4 Badges with 2 VIP passes.
Boat Dealers will receive more badges, based on square footage. However, they will receive 2 VIP passes based on every 10 feet of space.
All Badges will be printed with Company name. No Badge will be printed at show.
If you need more VIP tickets, we will also offer a reduced rate of $15.00 for a VIP ticket.
NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED VIP PASSES.
Badges & VIP passes can be picked up at SHOW OFFICE, located in Boogie’s Bar in Lobby. Please bring identification for pick up.

Wed. Feb. 12; 10:00am - 8:00pm

All Exhibitors must pay balance of any money owed and sign contract if necessary. Thank you for your support.
New Policy Regarding Hotel Block
Our policy for exhibitor room blocks has changed. We no longer have an Exhibitor Room Block at any hotel. We will provide you with a variety of rates for different hotels that should suit most exhibitors needs. If you have specific questions please call us. In a further attempt to accommodate exhibitors we’ve changed our closing hours to help those who live nearby. Closing at 7 PM or 8:00 PM will allow anyone who wishes to spend the night at home this opportunity. The suggested rates we are providing should allow our exhibitors who need a hotel room to find something that fits their specific criteria. Exhibitors can also check the internet for rates. Often times, these rates are cheaper when calling the hotels directly. Our suggestion for booking rooms during our set up and show would be to contact “Hotel tonight” or Calling directly to familiar hotels. We will provide a list of what we believe to be the best hotels, covering a wide range of pricing and accommodations.
Badge Request Form
All Badges will be printed with Company name. If you require individual names on these badges, please fill out form below by January 4, 2024.
No Badge will be printed at show.
